Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Software to design, configure, generate, or export geometry intended to manufacture:

• Firearms and ordnance — firearms, receivers, frame components, magazines, silencers, suppressors, conversion kits, or ammunition components.
• Weapons and explosives — offensive weapons, explosive devices, pyrotechnics, or tactical military hardware.
• Physical security bypass tools — lockpicking instruments, bump keys, safe-cracking tools, or other mechanisms for defeating physical security.
• Infringing and counterfeit goods — items bearing unauthorized third-party trademarks or proprietary logos, or reproductions of patented mechanical components.
• Hazardous and illegal medical items — unlicensed medical devices, invasive surgical instruments, or drug paraphernalia.

This list describes categories of intent, not a catalogue of blocked dimensions. A generic rectangular container is not prohibited because it could hold something prohibited; designing a component of a prohibited item is.

We may review content that is reported to us and enforce this policy on notice. Where a breach is established, we may suspend or permanently terminate the account, revoke the licence granted under the EULA, and report the matter to the competent authorities where we are legally required to do so. Refund consequences remain subject to Paddle's decision and applicable mandatory law.

We do not screen or classify your designs automatically, and we do not monitor what you generate. Enforcement is reactive: it begins with a report, a takedown request, or a legal demand. If that changes, we will update this policy and our Privacy Policy before the change takes effect.

A breach of this policy is a breach of the EULA. Separately from this policy, the EULA restricts what you may do with the files the Software produces — in particular, redistributing generated files digitally is prohibited under every tier, and selling physical objects printed from them requires the Commercial plan.
