1. Who handles your payment and refund
Paid CubeOn Studio subscriptions are sold by Paddle, our authorised online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes the payment, provides the receipt or invoice, handles applicable transaction taxes, subscription cancellations, and refunds. Primalog supplies and supports CubeOn Studio.
Paddle's Refund Policy and Buyer Terms govern the payment transaction. Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
2. Cancelling a subscription
You may cancel a subscription at any time using the manage-subscription link in your Paddle receipt or from the CubeOn Studio billing page. Unless a refund or mandatory law requires earlier termination, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and prevents the next renewal.
Your account then moves to the features available under its remaining entitlement. The treatment of Output generated while a Commercial subscription was active is described in the Terms of Service & EULA.
3. Requesting a refund
Request a refund through the manage-subscription or view-receipt link in Paddle's transaction email, or visit Paddle Buyer Support. You may also contact us at info@primalog.pl for product support before or while requesting a refund.
Paddle determines and processes refund eligibility under its policy and applicable law. If a full refund is approved, paid CubeOn Studio access for that transaction ends. A partial refund is handled according to Paddle's decision and the remaining subscription state.
4. Consumer withdrawal rights
Consumers in the European Union, European Economic Area, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom may have a 14-day statutory right to withdraw from an eligible first subscription payment. Other countries may provide different mandatory periods or remedies. Paddle also describes a further 14-day withdrawal window when a United Kingdom annual subscription auto-renews; see Paddle's Refund Policy section 2.2.3. The applicable period begins on the transaction date, as described in Paddle's current Refund Policy.
For digital content, that right may cease once delivery starts only where applicable law permits it and after you have given the required express consent and acknowledgement. CubeOn Studio asks for that consent before the first paid file export only when the billing country recorded on the completed Paddle transaction routes to the applicable regional policy, and sends a durable confirmation. Interface language and IP location do not select the clause. If no valid waiver applies, your mandatory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
5. Technical problems and non-conforming service
If a material technical problem prevents you from using paid CubeOn Studio features, contact info@primalog.pl. We will investigate and try to restore the service. You may also request a refund through Paddle. This section does not limit remedies available for digital content or services that are faulty, not as described, or otherwise non-conforming under applicable law.
